Aesthetic Artefacts
Duration: All conference, Monday 16.10 - Wednesday 18.10
Location: Oslo Kongressenter
Session chair: Simon Clatworthy and Andrew Morrison |
|
NordiCHI 2006 includes a selection of invited aesthetic artefacts from the host city. These aesthetic artefacts point to the application of HCI in interaction and communication design. The works provide participants with working examples from experimental projects and student works that are concerned with the changing roles in design, implementation and use that are infused by creativity and critique from fields such as electronic art and experience design. Participants will have the opportunity to try out these works for themselves and to meet their designers and developers. The works will be supported by documentation, print materials and related research papers.
