Reception at City Hall
Oslo City Hall, 19:00, Monday 16th October
The city of Oslo invites all participants at the conference to a reception at the Oslo City Hall. The mayor of Oslo will personally welcome guests to the exquisite City Hall. Snacks and beverages will be served. The City Hall was inaugurated in 1950 and decorated by the foremost Norwegian artists from the period 1900-1950 with motifs from Norwegian history, culture and working life.

Halogen AS
Conference delegates are invited to visit Halogen AS, one of the sponsors, immediately after the reception at the City Hall. Representatives from Halogen will escort interested delegates.
Conference Dinner
Holmenkollen Park Hotel, 19:00, Tuesday 17th October
Perched on the hillsides overlooking the city, the Holmenkollen Park Hotel offers guests a traditional Norwegian experience. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Holmenkollen ski-jump, the national ski arena. The conference dinner, with buffet menu, drinks and beverages, will offer the conference delegates the opportunity to sample both Norwegian and continental fare. After dinner entertainment will be provided for those who wish to dance. The Metro takes about 20-25 minutes from the city centre to Holmenkollen.
